Mr. Clark comes to CES with over 40 years of diversified experience in water and electric utility engineering and administration. His responsibilities included power system management with a solid background in project management, management of design and construction activities, facilities planning, and water and hydroelectric resources. Rodney "Rod" also has extensive experience in dealing with public, governmental and regulatory agencies.
He was the Overall Project Manager for the $5.5 billion USD, 1,600 MW Coal-fired generating station, Intermountain Power Project (IPP) in Central Utah. Served as Chairperson of the Water Acquisition Team and successfully negotiated water rights for IPP valued at $88 million USD. He was responsible for power system expansion, control & communication systems for the $2.1 billion expansion water delivery systems into Las Vegas Valley. He managed
managed electric power procurement for 150 MW water pumping load in deregulated wholesale market and acquisition a new 580 MW combined-cycle generating unit.
